1.- Relación Artista-cliente.
Tu como cliente me comisionaras a mi como artista independiente para crear una pieza original digital de la idea que tengas en mente (ver condiciones de dibujo), durante este proceso tengo el derecho de trabajar con otros clientes al mismo tiempo que contigo y al terminar tu comisión recibirás el archivo final (png) en tu correo, no estás comprando nada fÃsico.
2.- Condiciones de Dibujo.
TIPOS DE PERSONAJES:
Personajes originales:
Dibujare cualquier personaje original creado por ti o por otro artista del cual tengas los derechos, puedo añadir los créditos del artista como creador original si asà lo solicitas.
Confiare en tu palabra como cliente sobre tu propiedad de los derechos, si llega a ser el caso de que no tengas derechos y yo como artista independiente recibo un reclamo, no me haré responsable del caso, me limitare a explicar la situación, eliminar el contenido si lo tengo público y facilitar el contacto del cliente al artista original de manera privada si lo solicita.
Personajes Ficticios:
Dibujare un fanart de cualquier personaje ficticio existente como homenaje o dependiendo la situación como una parodia sin intención alguna de dañar la obra original ni adjudicarme los derechos de la obra o su autor.
Personas Reales:
Dibujare a personas reales que den su consentimiento (Tu, tu pareja, amigos, familiares, etc.)
Confiare en tu palabra como cliente sobre el consentimiento, si llega a ser el caso de dibujar a alguien que no dio su consentimiento y yo como artista independiente recibo un reclamo, no me haré responsable del caso, me limitare a explicar la situación, eliminar el contenido si lo tengo público y facilitar el contacto del cliente a la persona de manera privada.
SITUACIONES:
No dibujare nada de naturaleza racista ni contenido de carácter polÃtico, religioso o que pueda incitar al odio de un individuo o grupo de personas.
Contenido NSFW:
Dibujare contenido +18 si es solicitado.
Todos los personajes que dibujare tendrán 18 o más años, aun si el personaje original especifica que no lo es ya que es una representación creada por mà mas no es el personaje original.
Dibujare algunos fetiches dependiendo mis capacidades y moral. (Pregúntame)
Puedes hablarme libremente sobre tu idea para la comisión, te diré si puedo o no trabajarla mientras no interfiera con los puntos anteriores.
Todas las conversaciones por privado son confidenciales y no las divulgare por ningún medio.
3.- Precios.
Todos los precios listados son en dólares americanos (USD) y son considerados el precio base.
El costo final puede llegar a ser mayor dependiendo la dificultad del servicio, cualquier precio superior al precio base puede ser negociado.
4. Pago.
Si llegamos a un acuerdo sobre la comisión y precio te enviare mi link de paypal donde haras el pago o el número de cuenta para depósito.
Cualquier pago que reciba fuera de esta solicitud será considerado una propina.
El pago completo tiene que ser efectuado antes de que yo comience con la comisión.
No se harán devoluciones una vez recibido el pago, solo se harán en caso de que yo no sea capaz de entregar el trabajo final y lo cancele.
5. Proceso de Trabajo.
En cuanto te envié la solicitud de pago podrás comenzar a enviarme las referencias necesarias para tu comisión, ya sea del personaje, pose, vestimenta, gestos, etc. asà como descripciones de la situación y carácter del personaje si es necesario, Todo lo que consideres que me ayude a crear tu idea.
Al recibir el pago comenzare a crear el boceto basándome en las referencias e ideas recibidas, al terminarlo te lo enviare para que lo revises y se hagan las correcciones necesarias. En este punto se pueden hacer grandes cambios.
Con el boceto aprobado comenzare con el lineart y color, al terminar te lo enviare a tu correo en buena calidad con un fondo básico y sin fondo en png. En este punto se pueden hacer cambios mÃnimos, ya sea algún detalle que omità o alguna corrección de color.
6.- Tiempo de entrega.
No puedo dar un tiempo especÃfico de entrega, pero puedo dar un estimado, mis entregas van de 2 a 7 dÃas dependiendo la cantidad de trabajo que tenga en el momento.
Si es más de este tiempo te lo hare saber.

7.- Privacidad y derechos.
Como cliente tendrás derecho al producto final, el cual podrás utilizar y compartir de la manera que gustes ya sea de manera digital o impresa, asà como modificarla. Toda la información que me brindes será privada ya sean nombres, e-mails, etc.
También podrás decidir si quieres que tu comisión sea pública o privada, especificando esto antes de que termine la comisión, si no me dices nada asumiré que es una comisión pública.
Pública: Tanto tu como yo podremos publicar libremente la imagen, seguirá siendo tuya como comprador, pero puedo compartirla como artista en mis redes sociales*.
La imagen tendrá mi firma y links a mis redes sociales cubriendo algunas partes de la imagen al compartirla, la imagen original que te enviare no tendrá ninguna de las anteriores.
En caso de ser una comisión NSFW (+18) será publicada con censura.
*Puedes elegir ser mencionado como comprador al momento de compartirla, solo tienes que comentármelo al momento de entregarte tu comisión.
Privada: La comisión final será enviada solo al cliente.

1.- Artist-client relationship.
You as a client will commission me as an independent artist to create an original digital piece of the idea you have in mind (see drawing conditions), during this process I have the right to work with other clients at the same time and you will receive the final file in your email (png), you are not buying anything physical.

2.- Drawing Conditions.
TYPES OF CHARACTERS:
Original characters:
I will draw any original character created by you or another artist that you have the rights, I can add the original artist's credits as the creator if you request it.
I will trust your word as a client about your ownership of the rights, if it becomes the case that you do not have rights and I as an independent artist receive a claim, I will not be responsible for the case, I will limit myself to explaining the situation, removing the content if I have it public and facilitate the contact info of the client to the original artist privately if requested.
Fictional characters:
I will draw a fanart of any existing fictional character as a tribute or depending on the situation as a parody with no intention of damaging the original work or award me the rights to the work or its author.
Real people:
I will draw real people who give their consent (You, your partner, friends, family, etc.)
I will trust your word as a client about consent, if it becomes the case of drawing someone who did not consent and I as an independent artist receive a claim, I will not be responsible for the case, I will limit myself to explaining the situation, eliminating the content if I have it public and facilitate customer contact info to the person privately.
SITUATIONS:
I will not draw anything of a racist, political, religious nature or content that may incite hatred towards an individual or group of people.
NSFW content:
I will draw +18 content if its requested.
All the characters that I will draw Will be over 18 years old, even if the original character specifies that it is not, since it is a representation created by me but it is not the original character.
I will draw some fetishes depending on my skills and morals. (ask me)
You can freely talk to me about your idea for the commission, I will tell you whether or not I can work on it as long as it does not interfere with the above points.
All private conversations are confidential and I will not share them in any way.
3.- Prices.
All prices listed are in US dollars (USD) and are considered the base price.
The final cost may be higher depending on the difficulty of the service, any price above the base price can be negotiated.
4. Payment.
If we reach an agreement on the commission and price, I will send you my paypal link where you will make the payment.
Any payment I receive outside of this request will be considered a tip.
Full payment has to be made before I start.
No refunds will be made once payment is received, they will only be made if I am not able to deliver the final work and cancel it.
5. Work Process.
As soon as I sent you the payment request, you can start sending me the references for your commission, character, pose, clothing, gestures, etc. as well as a description of the situation and personality of the character if necessary, everything you consider that will help me create your idea.
As soon as I receive the payment, I will make the sketch based on the references and ideas I received, when I finish it I will send it to you for you to review it and make the necessary corrections. Big changes can be made at this point.
With the approved sketch I will start with the lineart and color, at the end I will send it to your email in good quality with a basic background and no background in png. At this point you can make minor changes such as some detail that I omitted or color correction.
6.- Delivery time.
I cannot give a specific delivery time, but I can give an estimate, my deliveries range is from 2 to 7 days depending on the amount of work I have at the moment.
If it is more than 7 days I will let you know.
7.- Privacy and rights.
As a client, you will have the right to the final product, which you can use and share in any way you like digitally or in print, as well as modify it. All the information you give me will be private, whether names, e-mails, etc.
You can also decide if you want your commission to be public or private, specify this before the commission ends, if you don't tell me anything I will assume it is a public commission.
Public: Both you and I can freely publish the image, it will remain yours as a buyer but I can share it as an artist on my social networks *.
The image will have my signature and links to my social networks covering some parts of the image when sharing it, the original image that I will send you will not have any of these.
In case of being a NSFW commission (+18) it will be published with censorship.
* You can choose to be mentioned as a buyer when I share it, you just have to tell me before I publish it.
Private: The final commission will be sent only to the client.
